Arshi Adini, is an expert in stakeholder mapping, government engagement, policy analysis, and overseeing national-level messaging campaigns. Currently, she is also serving as Executive Director at the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (IdEA) for seven years. She oversees a membership of 233 companies within IdEA, leveraging an extensive network of business relationships spanning the e-commerce sector and government stakeholders.
Arshi has been instrumental in advancing the development of Indonesian MSMEs, actively engaged with several ministries and agencies in initiatives such as the Bangga Buatan Indonesia campaign and other national campaigns.
Her professional journey commenced as a strategic planner and business development professional at Indonesia's largest media network, where she contributed to international and major projects for the MNC Group and Okezone. In addition to actively promoting the growth of the digital economy, she also demonstrates a keen interest in various issues such as women empowerment, employment, regional economy, and more, with the aim of enhancing connectivity and development in Indonesia.
