We began in 2019, just before the pandemic, when we saw an urgent need for digital skills that were still lacking throughout Indonesia. Our team consists of IT, public policy, strategic planning, and research experts with more than ten years of experience. Since the Company’s inception, we have completed numerous projects in collaboration with the government and private sector.

Our new venture is dedicated to assisting micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs).

We believe that these businesses are critical to driving economic growth and job creation,

and we want to help them succeed.

Melissa Wijaya is a seasoned professional with almost 20 years of extensive public policy experience. Melissa was the Head of Public Affairs Strategy and Policy for Grab Indonesia and carried out various programs including digital and financial technology, digital inclusivity, MSME empowerment programs, women empowerment, and many more. She was also involved in the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham) and the Indonesian E-commerce Association (idEA).

Prior to Grab, Melissa was the Commercial Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce (2015-2020). She led a team of local staff for the Political Section and was an Economic Specialist for the U.S. Department of State (2007-2015). During that period, she drove various initiatives to address numerous policy, regulatory, political, as well as business issues ranging from oil and gas, mining, renewable energy, aviation, safety, security, defense, digital technology, and others. Melissa was a senior auditor for KPMG Public Accounting firm in her early career (2004-2007).

Her extensive experiences shaped her skills as an expert in strategic partnership and business development as she liaised with Government and Fortune 500 companies on a daily basis.

Arshi Adini is an Executive Director at Indonesian E-Commerce Association (IdEA) for 7 years. Her duty is to build institutional partnerships and cooperation with potential partners from private entities or government agencies.

Arshi has a proven history of operating in the digital media sector for more than ten years and has experience in business growth. She was in charge of the MNC Group’s and Okezone’s key international projects. She has negotiation and business planning skills.

Arshi, who currently oversees 233 company members under IdEA, has a substantial network of professional connections with both government stakeholders and the e-commerce sector.
